Bed Sled – Reusable Bed Pad with handles

The Bed Sled is an incontinence pad with handles securely attached to enable moving a large or fragile patient with less risk of injury to the patient or the care giver. The nylon webbings are sewn along the edges with 10 loop handles extending from the sides. There is no webbing under the patient.

For moving a large or heavy patient we recommend using the nylon Slide Sheet with this product.

• Size – 35" wide by 40" long. 10 handles - 5 on each side
• Quilted cotton/polyester top cloth. Waterproof backing. No latex.
• The position of the handles along each side is spaced so the caregiver’s arms are not stretched beyond a safe, comfortable distance.
• Uniply construction stays in place under the patient: does not bunch up.
• Less jostling the patient, can be left under the patient until soiled or needing repositioning.
• Comfortable webbing handles securely attached make moving bariatric patients easier.
• Machine washable, dryable. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener.
